Pete Nichols

I joined Fourth Wall in early 2024 as Director, Chartered Building Surveyor to help drive forward the company’s growth in Commercial Building Consultancy and Project Management. I am involved with Project Management, Development Monitoring, Dilapidations, Building Surveys and Tenant Alterations.

With offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield, my wider team at Fourth Wall work across Residential, Commercial and Heritage Building Surveying and can support with everything from building surveys for individual purchases and leases, to portfolio reviews, architectural services, planned maintenance reporting, reinstatement cost assessments, contract administration, CDM consultancy and full project management.

Prior to Fourth Wall, I spent close to 7 years at Hollis Global where I managed multi-million pound projects across the country, worked for household name banks on Development Monitoring, and advised landlords and tenants in industrial, office and retail properties on Dilapidations and other landlord & tenant matters.

I gained a First Class Honours degree in Building Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University, a RICS and CIOB Accredited degree, where I finished top of my course. I have been shortlisted for both the Insider Midlands Young Professional of the Year and Greater Birmingham Young Professional of the Year Awards in 2023.
