Canary Connections Upcoming Events
Canary Connections is a private, quarterly property networking event for active SME developers and investors held in London & Manchester.
The network spans both residential & commercial property. Each event is carefully curated to also bring together a select group of professional advisers – including architects, planners, contractors, brokers, land agents etc.
The focus is simple: build a trusted network that leads to better deals, stronger teams, and faster progress.

MANCHESTER
Thursday 13th August 2026, from 3pm-7pm – Tickets available early July
Thursday 22nd October 2026, from 3pm-7pm – Tickets available mid-September
BIRMINGHAM
No Birmingham events currently scheduled
